Job Title: Associate Director for Finance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Associate Director for Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support top management in making informed financial decisions by providing timely and accurate financial reports and cost and budget analysis.
  • Oversee accounting functions, conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts.
  • Ensure that the company complies with audit, accounting, and regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
  • Maximize the company's funds and resources by analyzing finances and coming up with cost efficiency/cost reduction strategies and programs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Must be a CPA, having a Master's degree is a plus factor.
  • Work/business experience of more than five (5) years in a managerial position in different industries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, financial accounting, reporting, FS analysis, and interpretation.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
  • Risk management and mitigation.
