Hankook Industrial Sales Company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our executives, managers, and staff members. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office operations, providing essential assistance, and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication tools to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, both physical and digital.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other documents to maintain a professional tone and standard.
- Receive and send correspondence, including invoices and other important documents.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Anticipate and address potential issues to prevent disruptions and delays.
- Perform encoding tasks as required.
- Utilize word processing software to create and edit documents.
- Create and manage spreadsheets to track data and statistics.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic editing skills, with the ability to proofread and edit documents.

- $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
