We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the financial management and control of our global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage complex workflows, datasets, and reporting frameworks across multiple departments to ensure accurate data and documentation.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise-level financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to established processes, timely data collection, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Classify and maintain comprehensive documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Support advanced data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Own routine administrative tasks, freeing senior team members for high-impact work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects, process improvements, and adapt to evolving company needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a financial controller or similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with complex financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to learn quickly, adapt to changing workflows, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is an advantage.
  • Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is highly valued.
