Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating training programs from start to finish. This includes arranging venues, catering, and other requirements, as well as coordinating with internal and external trainers to plan training courses and required resources.

  • Training Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
  • Course Administration: Coordinate the setup and administration of training courses, including registration, materials, and equipment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including trainers, participants, and management, to ensure smooth training delivery and timely follow-up.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in training coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and best practices in e-learning development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
