Job Opportunity

The Training Supervisor role is a vital position within the collections department, responsible for overseeing and leading the training function. This includes developing, delivering, and improving training programs to support new hires, tenured agents, and leadership in achieving compliance, performance, and customer service standards.

This senior-level role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of trainers, provide coaching and performance evaluations, and develop plans for growth and development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of trainers to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
  • Design and implement scalable training programs for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop high-quality learning materials.
  • Deliver internal training courses based on corporate training materials.
  • Foster a smooth transition of new hires from training to production and ensure competency levels are met.
  • Develop training curriculum, aids, and materials to enhance knowledge of business practices.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in training or learning & development, with at least 6 months supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in BPO, Fintech, Sales, Telco, and/or bank industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to lead, mentor, and motivate a training team.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), Google Suite/Microsoft Office, and call center tools.
