Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide top-tier support to our team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and adept at navigating strategic and day-to-day administrative needs.

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including:
    • Managing complex calendars
    • Booking travel arrangements
    • Coordinating events and processes
    • Processing expenses in a timely manner
    • Drafting and managing correspondence
    • Providing regular updates on in-flight projects
  • Develop a strong understanding of our operations and reflect its professionalism in written communications.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by executives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
