Business Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and improving systems, processes, workflows, and business operations across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • System Optimization
    • Oversight of business systems and technology stack.
    • Automated workflows and pipelines for lead nurturing, onboarding, task assignments, and follow-ups.
  • Process Improvement
    • Documentation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
    • Client invoicing cycles, accurate and timely issuance and follow-up of all invoices.
  • Client Management
    • Liaising with clients regarding billing queries.
    • Maintaining oversight of client and contractor agreements.
  • Team & Project Coordination
    • Use of tools like ClickUp and Slack to align team members and track deliverables.
    • Internal process improvement initiatives across the business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Client Manager to improve client journey and support processes.
  • Support the Marketing Assistant in linking campaigns with backend automations.
