Customer Support Professional (Shopify/Gorgias)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer support professional to join our team. As a Shopify/Gorgias customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with ease
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Your own computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed
