As a Sales Intake Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between our clients and our team of expert attorneys. Your role will be to build genuine engagement, providing exceptional customer experiences that lay the foundation for lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity and providing guidance on scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Our ideal candidate has proven sales experience in a call center environment, excellent English communication skills, and a reliable laptop or PC, high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place.
