Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to provide exceptional support to our customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires outstanding communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, share knowledge, and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support through Zendesk tickets and calls.
  • Handle incoming phone calls to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Address a wide range of inquiries, including hardware setup, software functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is required.
  • Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a clear, concise manner.
