Our ideal candidate has up to 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing. They should be able to handle a large call volume while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
- Hands-on experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track activities is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, persuasive, and confident phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential when logging calls, notes, and follow-ups.
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients, introducing services and identifying potential opportunities.
- Manage all lead information, track progress, log call notes, and keep the sales pipeline updated at all times using CRM software.
- Qualify prospects by asking the right questions to understand their needs and determine if there is a potential fit for our services.
- Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers and ensure all details are properly documented for seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, referrals, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of follow-ups to re-engage warm leads that did not convert initially.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication, clear expectations, and a strong conversion from appointment to closed deal.
- Track performance metrics daily and weekly, working toward and exceeding activity-based goals (calls, emails, appointments set).
