Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, handling payments and reconciliations, and resolving payment disputes with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Utilize QuickBooks to manage the entire accounts receivable process from invoice preparation to collection and resolution of disputes.
  • Patient Payments: Process incoming payments and reconcile them within the system to ensure accurate records.
  • Client Communications: Regularly contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Invoicing and Statements: Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements as needed.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collections efforts to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • QuickBooks Expertise: Must have expertise in QuickBooks software.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
