Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, coding, testing, correcting, and documenting complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations.

The successful candidate will be well-versed in the out-of-the-box features and custom capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI. They will design and develop complex enhancements or solutions, act as a Subject Matter Expert identifying and selecting the best approach to achieve business goals, and handle and prioritize multiple complex development and support tasks.

In addition, the candidate will facilitate and drive group and application review meetings around technical design, decision-making, and problem-solving to ensure quality solutions and services are delivered. They will also participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, ensuring adherence to Disaster Recovery Policy, and maintaining Disaster Recovery Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Expertise knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (ex. ServiceNow)
  • Experience in Application development, design, and integration
  • Analytical/Problem Solving – able to discover problems and issues before they occur; thinks logically to resolve complex issues
  • Self-Driven – responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace
  • Agile Methodology
