Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead our subsidiary operations. This senior role requires a strong background in financial management, including experience with US GAAP, financial controls, and forecasting.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, managing expenses, fixed assets, leasing, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise subsidiary accounting activities, working directly with third-party accounting firms as needed.
  • Ensure financial accuracy by reviewing intercompany accounts, posting subsidiary trial balances, and performing variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and managing audits and filings for subsidiaries.
  • Lead process improvements by identifying solutions to enhance accounting processes and providing support for ad-hoc projects.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with an advanced degree or CPA certification. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience is necessary, preferably in a BPO or service company, with international experience being essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of US GAAP, financial controls, and forecasting, as well as excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and motivate others outside direct control.
