Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a People Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for everyone at the organization. You will work closely with the HR function to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and provide high-level customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver empathic and customer-focused experiences for all employees.
  • Assist with various people operations activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
Employee Experience
  • Provide support to employee inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how to innovate and advance HR processes.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
