Job Description

This role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience at a global level. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to employees on their questions and inquiries, ensuring high-level customer service.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

  • Proficient in HR systems, including Rippling and Lattice.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
