Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team.

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts.

This role involves performing month-end reconciliations, calculating key performance indicators (KPIs), and assisting with process automation and execution of internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and posting invoices, applying payments, collecting invoices, troubleshooting payment issues, and working in ticketing systems.

  • Create and post invoices
  • Apply payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
  • Collect invoices ranging in dollar value
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues with customers
  • Work in ticketing systems (HappyFox, Zendesk, Asana)

A strong background in accounting principles, finance, and data analysis is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and possess excellent attention to detail is essential.
