At a dynamic finance team, an experienced Account Receivable Specialist is needed to manage the accounts receivable process and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate will utilize expertise in accounting software to track payment records and reconcile incoming payments accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize accounting software to manage accounts receivable and track payment records.
  2. Handle incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.
  3. Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  4. Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
  5. Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  6. Assist in improving collection processes and implementing effective techniques.
  7. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  8. Maintain and organize documentation related to accounts receivable activities.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  2. Expertise in accounting software is required.
  3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
