Today, we are seeking a strategic CRM Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our CRM strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to drive customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Analyse customer data to inform marketing decisions, improving targeting and optimising communications
  • Manage vendor partnerships and lead platform evaluations to ensure optimal performance
  • Leverage customer insights to drive programme enhancements, increasing engagement and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proven experience leading a team, with a track record of success in driving business results
