Job DescriptionCustomer Service, Digital, Sales Experience, and Inventory Management
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers in using digital channels through face-to-face digital user assistance or education.
- Attend to sales and service needs of customers.
- Approve and process sales and service applications and transactions in the system.
- Process payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate).
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Willing to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, online platforms).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving.
