Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for a Helpdesk Agent. The Helpdesk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, documenting interactions, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The agent will also be expected to effectively communicate with customers and enhance their overall experience.
