  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into metrics and trends.
  • Lead or participate in projects related to operations and process optimizations.

Required Capabilities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HCM Specialist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of HR processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of organization.
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Contribution to process improvements is expected.
  • Fast learner with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
