Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • HR Experience: Have 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains.
  • Business Experience: Possess 3+ years of business experience with the ability to design and build moderately complex business analytical models and effectively communicate analyses and/or recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with Excel proficiency being a must.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
