Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on organizational effectiveness by driving strategic Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. You will lead the development of career paths, competency assessments, and performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Design and deliver competency-based assessments and career development programs.
  • Lead performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct job evaluations and role restructuring to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and administer learning and development programs based on organizational needs.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives to strengthen company values and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Utilize learning technologies and creative tools to enhance training programs.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of OD and L&D initiatives, making data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in OD and L&D with expertise in Career Pathing, Competency Assessment, Performance Management, Job Evaluation, and Culture-building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to develop, conduct, and evaluate training programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in learning and creative applications for training development.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.
