At Neksjob, we are seeking a highly skilled Email Support Specialist to join our team. As an Email Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support via email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will address questions and concerns from customers through email in a clear and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting Issues: You will identify and resolve customer problems related to products or services, offering solutions or escalation as needed.
  • Documenting Interactions: You will accurately log customer interactions and feedback in the support database to track issues and improve service.
  • Maintaining Product Knowledge: You will stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborating with Teams: You will work closely with other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Promoting Customer Satisfaction: You will strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience with our brand.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, basic computer navigation skills, and a willingness to work onsite. A background in BPO is not required, but it is an asset. We value candidates who have completed at least senior high school or two years of college education.
