Job Description: As a Chief Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process. This includes ensuring the accurate and timely generation and delivery of invoices to customers, as well as overseeing the processing of customer payments. You will also develop and execute collection strategies to reduce aged receivables and improve cash flow. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of customer transactions and interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have any graduation with good communication skills. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the US Healthcare Account RCM Industry (Claims, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Insurance, etc) is required. You should also have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounts receivable best practices. Proficiency in accounting software, financial management systems, and Microsoft Excel is necessary. Leadership and team management experience may be required for managerial roles.
