Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive customer relations while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact debtors via phone or email to discuss outstanding debts
  • Negotiate payment arrangements that meet the needs of both parties
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with debtors
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless coordination

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 2-year vocational course or at least College Level
  • Driver's license with Restriction #1
  • Knowledgeable in computation using calculator
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
