**About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented Incident Manager to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES. As an Incident Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the service operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, with experience in managing IM and MIM processes. You should also possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a SPOC for customers, coordinating with SMEs, and developing and implementing preventive measures to minimize service impact. You will also conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 8-10 years of experience in driving service operations
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing IM and MIM processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Exposure to ITIL practices
