Human Resources Professional

The position plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives that focus on employee development and engagement. This involves collaboration with HR and management teams to assess organizational needs, develop training programs, and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation of Training Programs and Initiatives
- Assessing Organizational Training Needs
- Surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations are used to identify areas for improvement.
- Training needs assessments ensure that programs are tailored to meet the organization's requirements.
- Delivering Training Sessions
- Variety of teaching methods and resources are utilized to engage employees.
- Training sessions are delivered in person or virtually, depending on the organization's needs.
- Evaluating Training Program Effectiveness
- Feedback mechanisms are implemented to measure the success of training programs.
- Evaluation ensures that training programs are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Assessing Organizational Training Needs
- Designing and Executing Employee Engagement Activities
- Team-Building Activities
- Retreats, workshops, and social events foster camaraderie among employees.
- Recognition Programs
- Acknowledge employee achievements and contributions through recognition programs.
- Communication Channels
- Suggestion boxes, town hall meetings, and employee forums encourage feedback and idea sharing.
- Team-Building Activities
- Providing Coaching and Support
- One-on-One Coaching Sessions
- Support employees' career development goals and address performance issues.
- Performance Evaluations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.

- Conducting Assessments and Surveys
- Employee Satisfaction Surveys
- Gather feedback on various aspects of the workplace environment.
- Analysis and Action Plans
- Analyze survey data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development Management (HRDM), Psychology, or any other related field.
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, especially in learning and development, people engagement, organizational development, etc.
- Certifications
- Possession of certification in Human Resources, such as Certified Human Resources Associate (CHRA), Certified Human Resources - Professional (CHRP), and/or PRC license as Registered Psychometrician.
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs and other HR Tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectiveness and efficiency in Human Resources processes, practices, and standards.
- Highly organized and knowledgeable in Human Resources.
- Maintain and holds information with confidentiality and privacy.
- Ability to make decisions, identify problems, and organize work while coordinating with colleagues and subordinates.
