Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee development and engagement within Community Developers and Construction Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Program Development: The successful candidate will assess organizational training needs, design customized training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
  2. Employee Engagement Activities: This position will organize team-building activities, implement recognition programs, and facilitate communication channels to encourage feedback and idea sharing.
  3. Coaching and Support: The HR Specialist will offer one-on-one coaching sessions, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with managers to create individual development plans for employees.
  4. Assessments and Surveys: This role involves designing and administering employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing survey data, and developing action plans to address identified issues.
  5. Orientations and Programs: The Human Resources Specialist will facilitate new employee orientation programs and assist the team with various programs aimed at helping and nurturing employees within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferably possession of certification in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs and other HR Tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectiveness and efficiency in Human Resources processes, practices, and standards.
