We are seeking an IT Service Desk Support professional to join our team at DOXA Talent. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, address complex technical issues, and develop strong communication skills.
As a Level 1 technician, you will assist junior technicians, troubleshoot common technical issues, and work with Microsoft 365 applications. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are required. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT as a Service Desk/Help Desk Support is also expected.
- Assist clients with technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the service delivery manager to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and other relevant technologies.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentoring junior technicians.
