As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other similar issues. You will also be providing customer support for social media-related concerns. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer support, preferably in a BPO work environment. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge or experience in DNS and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Front and Dialpad or similar tools is highly preferred. Experience using Canva for social media management related tasks, ticketing tools, Google Business Profile, and site builders are also advantageous.
