We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support to patients and healthcare professionals.

Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our electronic health records (EHR) portal, including hardware and software issues. You will work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure that patients receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve EHR application and workflow issues for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues related to the EHR portal.
  • Document issue/request and troubleshooting steps performed thoroughly in an ITSM ticket when unable to resolve.
