Benefits Administration Services Associate II

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Benefits Administration team as a Benefits Administration Services Associate II. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering mission-critical services and solutions to clients on behalf of Fortune 100 companies.

Responsibilities
  • Taking calls from customers and actively listening while discussing employee benefits such as healthcare, retirement, and other perks.
  • Navigating multiple systems to assist customers and resolve inquiries.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills to create positive experiences for customers and clients.
  • Maintaining punctuality and dependability to support client success.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience is required, with a preference for those with experience working with healthcare and employer benefits.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong typing and keyboarding abilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being preferred.
