Our company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of equipment in compliance with company policies, HSE and Ethics standards.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. The Quality Assurance Specialist must have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) according to project requirements.
  • Ccoordinate actions and commitments with category managers and buyers.
  • Ensure manufacturing control and inspection of ordered equipment at supplier premises.
  • Alert SCPM and hierarchy on non-conformities and coordinate expediting action plans.
  • Interface with buyers, SCPM, and external clients.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities related to quality and technical requirements.
  • Report to SCPM and line manager on project activity and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3 years' experience in water/wastewater treatment or Oil and Gas - Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
  • Experience in expediting and quality control of equipment prior and after shipment, logistics, and material management.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver outputs with good quality.
  • Strong sense of ownership in deliverable/report preparation.
  • Good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good decision-making skills.
