We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Leader to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage customer service operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster exceptional customer relationships.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer service function to deliver high-quality support experiences to our clients and partners. You will develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to align with business goals and customer expectations.
- Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver excellent support experiences
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer pain points and improve our platform experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management within tech or SaaS companies
- Previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of leading and scaling customer service operations in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with customer support platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce)
