Job Title: Sustainability Communications Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive internal communications and support marketing activities, enhancing our positioning and branding with potential recruits and clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven communication planning skills, strong writing abilities, and a strategic mindset with tactical execution. This role collaborates with management teams while liaising with the broader marketing and communications team.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes a best-in-class internal communications strategy, coordinating with global teams
  • Crafts high-quality communication materials using various tactics and formats to align internal teams with organizational vision and mission
  • Ensures accurate, integrated, and high-quality communication messaging and materials aligned with firm priorities and themes
  • Liaises with appropriate personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels
  • Drives employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborates with global marketing teams on external communications programs
">Employer Branding Activities:
  • Represents the organization at external forums
  • Develops creative ways to market recruiting campaigns
  • Assists the HR team in planning, coordinating, and executing employer branding materials and events
  • Maintains all branding materials in alignment with the global brand, serving as the guardian of the organization's brand in the market
">Metric Reporting and Management:
  • Develops metrics reports to measure communication and branding activity effectiveness, aiming to continuously improve strategy and execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing communications or relevant fields
  • At least 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including superior writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Experience in creating and managing events end-to-end
  • Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across the marketing, business, HR, and talent acquisition teams
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
