This role involves preparing customs entry by entering commercial invoice data for Customs brokerage. You will also perform tasks as requested, including assisting in general Brokerage operations. As a responsible individual, you will be accountable for all aspects of this job to the Brokerage Supervisor.

• Enter accurate data & value for import and export products for customs clearance.
• Update systems databases with relevant information within specified timeframes.
• Liaise professionally and cordially with customers both internal and external.

• Knowledge of Government Regulations and Standard Operational Procedures for Customs Import Operations.
• Familiarity with ICS and Expedient systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook email system.
• Excellent communication and phone manner.
