Helpful Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
