We are seeking a luxury automobile professional who appreciates the finer details of high-end vehicles. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services.

You will be responsible for evaluating luxury stores, assessing customer service, and providing honest feedback to help brands improve their services.

You will be working as an independent evaluator, selecting assignments that align with your personal preferences and profile.
Your tasks may include visiting luxury stores, purchasing online, or evaluating after-sales services.
The goal is to provide unbiased and honest feedback using our platform to help brands refine their services.
Key Responsibilities:- Select assignments that align with your personal preferences and profile.
- Evaluate luxury stores or purchase online from home, engaging with sales associates in stores or online.
- Observe carefully, taking note of various aspects of your shopping experience, including ambience, product knowledge, and overall customer service.
- Provide honest feedback using our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
- Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
