We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and product support, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role
This temporary position will cover for an employee on leave until the end of the year, with potential to become a full-time role. As part of our customer service and product troubleshooting team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure comprehensive problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Product Troubleshooting: Assisting customers with technical problems, offering solutions and guidance.
- Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure comprehensive problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Strong experience in customer service.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience in tech-centric managed services.
- Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes.
- Any relevant certifications in customer service or technical support.
