Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Your primary focus will be on improving the customer's experience by applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems. You will also be expected to assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, improve the customer's experience, utilize our service techniques and systems, and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.
This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems is also required.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, you will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

- Windows operating systems
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HMO Coverage plus a dependent: ₱100,000 coverage
