We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media.
  • Act as a dedicated resource for customers with memberships and subscriptions, ensuring personalized assistance.
  • Implement retention strategies to help reduce churn and actively engage with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
  • Embodiment our values and mission by consistently delivering exceptional customer interactions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, taking ownership to ensure seamless deliveries, transactions, and overall experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong people skills and ability to build rapport with new and interesting folks.
  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Quick learner who can think on their feet.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Richpanel or Zendesk.
  • Passionate about creating amazing experiences for customers.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delights in problem-solving.
  • Team player who works well with a wide range of personalities.
