Customer Service Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients' products and services.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner. This involves working closely with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

You will also be responsible for reviewing data, executing processes as defined by management, and ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to meet internal and external expectations
  • Execute processes assigned by management
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Report process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks
