Job Title: Client Success Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with CSMs, managing projects in project management tools, driving sprint execution, translating technical briefs, tracking tasks and documentation, communicating clearly, and possessing strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with onshore Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization.
- Work closely with internal teams and client-facing teams as a liaison.
- Set up and manage tasks in project management tools like Wrike or Teamwork.
- Allocate work to the appropriate team members and keep task lists organized and updated.
- Use sprint planning to organize upcoming work and monitor burn down rates and task progression.
- Adjust workloads and priorities to meet sprint goals.
- Translate technical briefs from Client Success Managers or clients into clear, actionable tasks.
- Review and confirm developer time estimates and send estimates to clients for approval.
- Conduct post-QA reviews and prep tasks for deployment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools like Wrike or Teamwork.
- Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts.
- Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs.
- Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
