We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. This position requires a strong background in program management, customer support strategy, and quality assurance.
Job Description
Imagine partnering with global technology leaders in an organization that values its employees' growth and success. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for aligning our global programs, providing tactical production support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects, improving critical processes, and interacting with clients/stakeholders to assess, identify, and solve for health risk drivers to achieve customer retention and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights. Self-motivation, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
- Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
- Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Act as client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources across the company as needed.
- Lead expansion and efficiency projects, including change requests.
- Oversee development and maintenance of knowledge assets to promote repeatability and rapid adoption of best practices.
- Seek guidance and mentorship from higher-level program managers on more complex projects/matters.
Requirements
- Proficient experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
- Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
- Developing persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
- Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
- 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
- Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, be customer-facing, and stay organized.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.
- At least 2 years in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Program Manager role.
