Global Sales Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive.
This role will involve managing and growing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies, sourcing and signing new agents in strategic international markets, and conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates, tracking activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM, and participating in weekly sales meetings to contribute ideas and hit KPIs.
You will also be required to provide occasional student counseling when needed and attend team meetings online and in person.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Competitive salary range: PHP 25,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)
