
E-Commerce Affiliate Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive and expand our affiliate marketing program.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue.
As a Strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the affiliate program's growth, ensuring strong collaborations, profitable agreements, and high-performing campaigns that contribute to the company's expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Negotiate profitable affiliate contracts and commission structures to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to improve performance and conversions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and engagement.
- Create and execute affiliate promotions, incentives, and marketing materials to enhance program success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive affiliate program.
Requirements:
- Skilled in negotiating affiliate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track, optimize, and improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Proven track record in affiliate marketing, ideally within e-commerce.
