\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage daily operations of the affiliate program, focusing on TikTok Shop campaigns from recruitment to execution.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
  • Coordinate content creation to ensure brand messaging aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth.
  • Negotiate commission structures and incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies driving traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to maintain optimized campaigns.
