Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operational excellence group, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements across the organization.

About the Role:

The Process Improvement Expert will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and productivity. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, developing and maintaining operational frameworks, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks to support process improvements
  • Evaluate the impact of process improvements on business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented and implemented

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
